Internship: 2026 Winemaking Harvest Internship – Private Winery in Corsica (M/F)

Production of wines in all three colors using Corsican grape varieties: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu.

Winemaking carried out in all types of vessels: stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, concrete eggs, barrels, amphorae, etc.

Responsibilities

Preparation and cleaning of the winery.
Harvest operations, grape reception, press monitoring, pump-overs, settling, devatting, etc.
Daily cleaning tasks.

Internship Project

Possibility to develop an internship project/research topic.

Qualifications

Candidate must already have experience with at least one winery harvest/vinification.
Highly motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good physical condition required.
Rigorous, energetic person (long and physically demanding days during harvest season!).
Personal vehicle required.
