Your role is to anticipate and resolve the social difficulties associated with chronic illness and hospitalisation:

Supporting patients (particularly those with IBD and pain) in the process of adapting their workstation or working part-time.
Assess the social situation and family support to ensure successful post-operative follow-up.
Provision of human or material assistance if necessary.
Building bridges with the CPAM, CAF and social partners in Ajaccio and Corse-du-Sud.

State Diploma in Social Work (DEASS) mandatory.
Experience of working in a hospital or social security environment is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of social legislation and healthcare systems.
