Project Officer/Project Assistant (Technical Officer / Senior Technical Assistant) – Division of Neurology

Project Officer/Project Assistant (at the rank of Technical Officer/Senior Technical Assistant) in the Division of Neurology of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (20600) (Ref.: 533663) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Key responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, layout, artwork and video content for various platforms such as websites, social media, printed materials.
Assist in event coordination and promotion.
Develop and execute media campaigns across digital, print and broadcast channels, focusing on projects within the Stroke Research and Prevention Group of HKU (HKU Stroke).

Qualifications

Recognized Bachelor’s degree OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics.
At least 5 years’ hands‑on experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a related field.
Competent in creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
Knowledge of video production and website design preferred.
Experience in event coordination an advantage.
Applicants with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for appointment as Senior Technical Assistant.
