Mechanical Superintendent (CORSICA Site)

AVENTA is seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Superintendent for a highly strategic EPC project: the construction of the new Ricanto Bioenergy Plant in Ajaccio, Corsica.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Supervision: Overseeing and coordinating the installation of static equipment, rotating machinery, piping, and steel structures in compliance with drawings, project specifications, and current regulations.
Site Management: Planning, organizing, and directing work teams and mechanical subcontractors. Monitoring work progress and preparing periodic reports.
Quality and Safety: Ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with quality standards and rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) project procedures.
Problem Resolution: Promptly identifying technical or logistical issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain workflow.
Testing and Handover: Participating in pre‑commissioning and testing activities (punch‑list) until the final handover of the plant.

Mandatory Requirements (Must‑Have)

EPC Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical assembly within the EPC sector, preferably in industrial plants (Oil & Gas, Power, Bioenergy, Chemical).
Citizenship: Must hold European citizenship.
French Language: Fluently spoken and written command of the French language.
