Internship: 2026 Winemaking Harvest Internship – Private Winery in Corsica (M/F)

Production of wines in all three colors using Corsican grape varieties: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu.

Winemaking carried out in all types of vessels: stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, concrete eggs, barrels, amphorae, etc.

Under the supervision of the winemakers, you will take part in all stages of the winemaking process, including:

preparation and cleaning of the winery
harvest operations, grape reception, press monitoring, pump-overs, settling, devatting, etc.
daily cleaning tasks

Possibility to develop an internship project/research topic.

Permis

Candidate must already have experience with at least one winery harvest/vinification.
Highly motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good physical condition required.
Rigorous, energetic person (long and physically demanding days during harvest season!).
Personal vehicle required (shopping, going to the beach, etc.).
Shared accommodation provided and fully equipped (private bedroom, private bathroom and toilet).
